Do you have trouble keeping on track with your weight loss program? Here is a simple
but great way to encourage you to keep with your weight loss program and see results.
- Bring out your favorite dress or outfit that doesn’t quite fit yet. You know the
one you don’t want to give away but you can’t wear either.
- Try it on and see the areas where it isn’t fitting yet
- Keep the outfit on your doorknob or a place where you can see it – this is your
target goal
- Every time you want to give in, just go look or picture that outfit and how it will
look great on you soon
- Try the outfit on from time to time so that you can see that you are getting closer
to your goal
- Keep it up and you’ll soon be wearing it!
