What Makes Joints Stiff: AGEs Explained and Where Noni Comes In

Stiff joints aren't just a fact of aging. A biochemical process called glycation is often involved — and there's real published research on it.

Persistent, low-grade inflammation — not the short-term swelling from a sprain or cut — is one of the main drivers of joint stiffness over the years.
